The subject of the contract is a framework agreement in accordance with Section 103 (5) GWB in conjunction with Section 21 VgV with a contract period of 12 months. The contract runs from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022. A one-time extension of 3 months at the same conditions is possible by mutual agreement. This framework agreement includes the delivery of paper, in accordance with the product description, items I.6 and I.7 of the contractual documents (file 02), to the Bavarian police authorities. The total order volume for all regional lots (see file 05 delivery points for paper-Bavaria-wide) is approx. 139.85 million sheets of paper according to the product description items I.6 and I.7 per year.

Delivery of paper to the Bavarian police authorities. The order volume for lot 1 is approx. 72.2 million sheets per year.

Lot 1: The areas of the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria (except for the state capital and district of Munich), Swabia, Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate with the police headquarters in Lower Bavaria, Upper Bavaria North and South, Upper Palatinate, Swabia North and South and the local departments of the Bavarian riot police. The deliveries must be made on request of the departments from February 1, 2021 at the earliest. The delivery period is a maximum of 5 working days (Mon-Fri) after the call in accordance with II.4 of the contract documents. In deviation from the ZAVB (Additional General Terms and Conditions, File 03), delivery must be made “free to the point of use”. The franking “free point of use” includes the provision in the point of use specified in the order letter (e.g. office, rooms, warehouse). The contractor must bring the contractual items to the recipient / point (s) designated by the client during general office hours (Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). The contractor bears the shipping / transport costs and all associated additional costs (e.g. insurance, customs duties).

Lot 2: The state capital of Munich and the district of Munich with the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office, the Munich Police Headquarters and the Bavarian riot police there. The deliveries must be made on request of the departments from February 1, 2021 at the earliest. The delivery period is a maximum of 5 working days (Mon-Fri) after the call in accordance with II.4 of the contract documents. In deviation from the ZAVB (Additional General Terms and Conditions, File 03), delivery must be made “free to the point of use”. The delivery period is a maximum of 5 working days (Mon-Fri) after the call in accordance with II.4 of the contract documents.
