the Holder shall ensure the operation of the eight (8) wastewater treatment plants in accordance with the regulations in force during the execution of the contract and in accordance with the prefectural decrees authorizing the discharge of effluents, as well as the intermunicipal network of the Bantzenheim-Chalampé, Ruelisheim and Wittelsheim plants and according to the complete description the services of the business consultation file and in particular the CCTP of each batch
