Control and monitoring of the implementation of works related to the creation and modernization of digital EGiB databases for the needs of the project "e-Geodesy, digital geodetic resource of the Lubelskie Voivodeship" - stage III - for the Zamość Poviat: the Szczebrzeszyn city cadastral unit and the Sułów cadastral unit.

Control and monitoring of the implementation of works related to the modernization of land and building records, creation of EGiB databases or improvement of their quality and timeliness, along with bringing these databases to compliance with the conceptual EGiB data model, specified in Annex 1a to the Regulation of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of on March 29, 2001 regarding the registration of land and buildings - registration unit: 062013_4 Szczebrzeszyn city: registration districts: 062013_4.0002 Przedmieście Zamojskie, 062013_4.0003 Przedmieście Błonie, 062013_4.0004 Przedmieście Szperówka - description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex 1 to the ToR .

Referring to section III.1.3: The contractor will meet the condition regarding technical or professional capacity if it demonstrates that:

a) performed within the last 5 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of business activity is shorter - at least 1 (one) service during this period, consisting of the modernization of EGiB carried out in accordance with art. 24a of the Act of 17.5.1989 - Geodetic and cartographic law, hereinafter referred to as the "Pgik Act", or verification (control) of modernization carried out pursuant to art. 24a Pgik.

The value of each service consisting of:

- modernization of EGIB, not less than PLN 100,000.00 gross,

- verification (control) of modernization performance cannot be less than PLN 10,000.00 gross.

b) has the following persons directed by the Contractor to perform the public contract, responsible for the provision of services: 2 persons with professional qualifications and licenses, referred to in Art. 43 points 2 of the Act of 17.5.1989 Geodetic and Cartographic Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 725, as amended).

Ref. Section III.2.2: Employer, in accordance with art. 144 section 1 item 1) of the Public Procurement Law, provides for the possibility of making changes to the provisions of the concluded contract in relation to the content of the offer resulting from:

1) the need to introduce changes resulting from changes in the guidelines, requirements or recommendations of the institution that granted the funds to finance the contract,

2) the necessity of changes resulting from changes to the contract for project co-financing concluded by the Employer,

3) changes in legal provisions affecting the performance of the subject of the contract,

4) extending the deadlines for the implementation of individual obligations of the Contractor in the scope of the control, in the event of delay in the submission of data for inspection by any Contractor of geodetic works subject to control, in the scope of those works to which the delay relates,

5) a change in the deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract in the event of a change in the deadline for the implementation of contracts with Contractors of geodetic works.
