Investment programme framework 2015-19 to upgrade existing housing stock to meet SQH standards.

The Works are divided into two geographical areas:

(1) Lewis and Harris

(2) Uists and Barra

Within each area the Works are divided into the following Lots:

(1) Windows/ doors

(2) Heating

(3) Bathrooms

(4) Kitchens

(5) Roofing

(6) Roughcast

(7) Electrical Works

(8) Environmentals

(9) Occupational Therapy

(10) Insulation/ Energy Efficiency Measures
