The project includes facade redevelopment of Alboa's of 40 and 43. The wards, constructed in 1983-84, are located as 2 of a total of 7 wards, in the large area of Håndværkerparken, Højbjerg. The wards lie integral to the area with building bodies of varying length. Afd. 40 and 43 consist of a total of 294 townhouses, which are listed as full-walled, yellowstone construction in 1-2 levels. The facades have many bay windows, etc., that are sheathed with different materials. The work primarily includes the decomposition of existing fore-wall and construction of new fortune, as well as rehumidification of masonry as well as minor repairs.
