1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the preparation and delivery of cold and hot meals in educational institutions in the municipality of Kolbudy on school days at hours determined in detail with school and kindergarten heads from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2025. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts. The Contracting Authority reserves that the Contractor may submit a bid for only one part of the contract. If the Contractor submits a bid for more than one part of the contract, all partial bids shall be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law due to non-compliance of the bid with the terms of the contract. 3. The estimated number of meals per day is determined by parts 1 and 2. Feeding of children will take place from Monday to Friday on school days and in accordance with the work plan of nursery schools in the school years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025. The Ordering Party reserves the right to feed children during the winter and summer holidays. The specification of meals should be as follows: 1) breakfast I - must meet at least the following quantitative conditions (weighted average weight): a) sandwiches or rolls with additives: weight 150 g and calorific value 400 kcal; b) sandwiches – depending on the type of dinner: with egg, white cheese, yellow cheese, cold cuts (high quality – understood as meat content min. 70%, not containing added starch, soy, it is not allowed to use MMO meat – mechanically separated meat), ham, sausage and alternately egg in various forms, milk soup, hot sausages, greens; c) sandwiches – wholemeal, multigrain and wheat bread; d) fruit tea, plain tea with lemon, compote, cocoa – 200 ml; 2) breakfast II - various types of fruit; 3) school lunch - must meet at least the following quantitative conditions (weighted average weight): a) soup: weight 250 ml and calorific value 200 kcal, b) second course: weight not less than 400 grams and calorific value not less than 700 kcal: - in the case of a meat or fish dish: • potatoes, groats, rice, pasta - not less than 170 g; • meat or fish - not less than 110 g, • salad - not less than 110 g; - vegetarian and semi-meat dish - weight not less than 400 grams; - compote - weight not less than 200 ml. 4) preschool lunch - must meet at least the following quantitative conditions (weighted average weight): a) soup: weight 250 ml and calorific value 200 kcal, b) second course: weight not less than 300 grams and calorific value not less than 400 kcal: - in the case of a meat or fish dish: • potatoes, porridge, rice, pasta - not less than 150 g; • meat or fish - not less than 70 g, • salad - not less than 80 g; - vegetarian and semi-meat dish - weight not less than 200 grams; - compote - weight not less than 200 ml. 5) afternoon tea - fruit and, for example, cake, pudding, jelly, porridge.
