A cloud competence center in the field of information and sales technology is to be founded.
The aim of this award is to identify the most suitable client (AG) to take over the overall management and responsible implementation of the cloud transformation. Within the framework of this project, the following overarching goals must be achieved:
-Preparation, conception and development of an organization suitable for the cloud transformation within the AG
-Holistic analysis of the existing system landscape, services and applications according to the requirements of this tender with the development of a data protection-compliant target operating model with all necessary elements in the context of a public cloud transformation
-Economic analysis and preparation for the preparation of a decision template regarding the concrete procedure in the context of the cloud transformation
-Economic comparison in a draft decision on the variants,
1. No change – operations will continue in the current service model
2. Deadline for the dismantling of the HRZ will be met
3. The deadline is not met and the cloud transformation is done from a more economical point of view.
-Migration of systems, services and applications to the public cloud based on Amazon AWS and joint evaluation of alternative data center locations for the purpose of migrating non-cloud-capable services to these newly evaluated alternative data center locations, whereby the achievement of the highest possible public cloud share in compliance with data protection regulations is a strategic objective
-Complete dismantling and sweep-clean handover of the existing housing data center (one of a total of two data centers) by 31.03.2025, as the existing service contract ends at that time.
-The client has profound methodological, technical and operational experience in the management, management and implementation of public cloud transformation projects to contribute to the entire project.
The maximum total contract value for the tendered services is actually 4988 person-days. These values include all services, including the costs of any technical developments during the entire term of the contract, the amount of which has not yet been determined at the time of conclusion of the contract and has not yet been agreed; in this respect, the contract is partially put out to tender as a framework agreement, on the basis of which individual agreements are subsequently concluded.
