Description:

Brakel - Podiumzaal and Music Academy - appoint design team

The assignment concerns a complete architectural assignment for the realization of a new stage hall and music academy in the municipality of Brakel.

The assignment includes:

- the layout of a design, including:

—- the stability study,

—— the study of technical installations (building techniques),

—— the study of theater techniques,

—— the acoustic study,

—— the energy study (EPB reporting),

—— the study of the landscaping,

—— the study of the construction of utilities from the public road to the new building,

—— the study of fixed furniture,

—— budget control.

- the preparation of the file for the application for the environmental permit, including requesting all pre-advice (fire brigade, accessibility, utility companies, water test [...]),

- the drawing up of specifications, in accordance with public procurement legislation, for the execution of the work order,

- going through the procedure for appointing one or more contractor (s),

- supervision of the execution of the work order up to and including final delivery.
