The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a PLN bank loan in the amount of PLN 3,000,000. a) purpose of the loan: covering the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities in 2022 b) loan amount PLN 3,000,000 (in words: three million zlotys) c) type of long-term loan d) loan period: from the date of launching the first tranche to 25.09.2033. e) repayment of the loan in Polish zlotys, capital on the dates specified in the repayment schedule specified in the loan agreement, interest payable on monthly periods on the 25th of each month, if the deadline falls on a non-working day, payment falls on the first business day after the payment date. Interest should be calculated on the 25th of each month or on the last working day before that day (in the case of a day off), payable by the 25th of each subsequent month. The rate set for a period of 1 month in the amount of the WIBOR 3M rate applies from the first day of the following month. The last interest installment payable on one date with the last installment of the loan.
