The procurement procedure used is: the open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code . It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. The services are divided into four lot (s), each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement. Applicants have the possibility to submit tenders for all lots.
