- occasional restoration of common areas necessary for the maintenance of buildings in Chartres Métropole Habitat,

- the holding of an intervention permanence 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day in the event of a particular problem on the inheritance requiring an urgent intervention of cleaning (of lodgings or common parts).

Form of market: with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from 1.6.2020 until 31.5.2024.
