The purpose of the consultation is:

— the management of accounts for collecting contributions, contributions and other payments of sums recovered by the Urssaf de Rhône-Alpes;

— the management of current accounts;

— the assumption of means of payment;

— the transfer of funds received to the “Central Current Account” of the central agency of social security agencies opened with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (known as the “Acoss Account”);

— provision of ancillary services.

Lot No. 1 concerns:

— two collection accounts intended to collect part of the sums recovered by the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes, including within the framework of the National Centre for the Treatment of Non-Dematerialised Incoming Flows provided by the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Annex to the CCP;

— a cashing account intended to cash part of the sums recovered by cheques by the National Centre for the Processing of Non-Dematerialised Incoming Flows insured by the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes on behalf of other Urssaf, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Annex to the CCP;

— as well as the services associated with the operation and management of all these accounts.

Lot #2 concerns:

— a collection account intended to collect part of the sums recovered by the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes, including within the framework of the National Centre for the Treatment of Non-Dematerialised Incoming Flows provided by the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Annex to the CCP;

— a cashing account intended to cash the sums recovered by cheques by the Urssaf de Rhône-Alpes as part of the CESU service offer;

— a cashing account intended to cash part of the sums recovered by cheques by the National Centre for the Processing of Non-Dematerialised Incoming Flows insured by the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes on behalf of other Urssaf, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Annex to the CCP;

— as well as the services associated with the operation and management of all these accounts.

Lot No. 3 concerns:

— two collection accounts intended to collect part of the sums recovered by the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Annex to the CCP;

— two current accounts for the Urssaf of Rhône-Alpes;

— as well as the services associated with the operation and management of all these accounts.
