The holder is requested, on behalf of the Department of Health and Safety Services (D3S) of the CEA of Cadarache, assistance in carrying out administrative tasks for the organization of training of D3S staff, as well as the follow-up of all training and authorizations of D3S crisis team members. No training engineering services are required.

The market includes a firm share of one year.

1/ the operational implementation of the D3S training plan, including the organization of external or internal training at the Cadarache Center. This concerns in particular the processing of registration requests in the FORLAND IT tool, the search for adequate training, the proposal of relevant training to employees, the organization of the holding of training, the financial follow-up and the closure of training requests, the proposal of improvements to the quality management system of the follow-up of training contained in the digital tools made available to the CEA;

2/ the implementation and real-time update of a system for administrative and financial monitoring of training, allowing D3S staff, whose position requires clearance, not to be out of step with the regulations or processes of the CEA;

3/ the compliance control and the administrative follow-up of the training and training of the crisis team members of the Cadarache center, in accordance with ASN decision n ° 592 of the monitoring and planning of the training and training of the crisis team members of the CEA of Cadarache

The contract will consist of 2 options for the renewal of services of 12 months each, as well as an option to carry out an outgoing reversibility phase in the event of a change of owner at the end of the contract.

The services of this contract are classified "Secret without possession of information" within the meaning of IGI 1300.
