Larvik Municipality would like to enter into a contract with up to 4 actors in the professional areas of construction management for roads, water and sewage.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has procured such services for approx. NOK 3.5 million excluding VAT per year for the last 3 years.

The volume can vary both higher and lower, and will, in the contract period, depend on the amount of work and municipal investment budgets.

A contract will be signed for a 2-year period, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract on the same terms for 1+1 years.

The maximum value for the entire contract period, including options, is

NOK 14 million excluding VAT.
