1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment for SPWSZ in Szczecin.
2. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ and in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and in Annex 1A to the SWZ.
