The object of the procurement is Multibiometric identification and information management system (later ABIS) which shall support Finnish forensic laboratory multibiometric investigations, several different acquisition and registration flows and various different integrations. Procurement includes ABIS-system software delivery and implementation project, certain hardware and special equipment delivery, system maintenance and support services, and development and expert services as described in the procurement documents. The procurement includes an option where Contracting Authority could procure relevant hardware (e.g. scanners, optical devices) with maintenance and support services as described in the procurement documents.
