Project management with project stages III Execution Preparation, IV Execution and V Project Completion based on AHO Issue 9.

The subject of the services to be awarded are those of project management with project stages III Execution Preparation, IV Execution and V Project Completion based on AHO Issue 9 (2020).

The scope of funding for the individual project stages is described in detail in the assignment and corresponds to the explanations according to AHO Heft 9.

Several sub-measures, overlapping and parallel, are to be implemented:

A) New extension: office space, relaxation rooms and changing area / GFA: approx. 3,300m²

B) Extension to the existing tanker hall: storage rooms and a room for vehicle maintenance and care / GFA: approx. 670m²

C) Extension IHB (maintenance company), an extension to the existing storage hall of the BPOLFLS: workshop, storage rooms and the parking space for the fire extinguishing vehicle / GFA: approx. 310m²

D) Extensions of the flight operations areas (during operation) Erw. of the traffic area by approx. 4,400 m²,

Renewal of the existing rainwater drainage system (during operation) approx. 354m sewer construction DN 300 to DN 500, demolition and new construction of the traffic area 9,700 m²
