The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport is looking for support / mediation to solve the complex care questions that lie in its field of activity. This support / mediation takes place independently, on behalf of and under the direction of the ministry (i.e. at the request of the members of the team), includes the proactive unraveling of the complex care demand (investigating what exactly is going on and what is needed), this tackling it yourself in coordination with patient / client, healthcare provider, healthcare practitioner, insurer / municipality and / or healthcare office and (as far as logical) learning the complex healthcare demand by relevant stakeholders (locally but perhaps also nationally). Looking at the broad mediation question, the specific situation of the person or the family and the person's own strength and network: thinking along / helping to arrange appropriate care for patients / clients with complex problems.

The mediator acts in accordance with the system, the mediator is not a client supporter, but does ensure that a case is handled as adequately as possible.
