The Audit Committee of the National Lottery mandates an external service provider to:

- Propose an annual audit plan

- Perform external audit missions provided for in the plan approved by the Audit Committee.

The main mission of the external service provider would be to develop, in partnership with the audit committee, a four-year audit plan that will be updated annually, and covering the main risks and processes of the National Lottery. The external contractor will execute at least a quarter of the plan in the first year. The mission is planned for a maximum duration of 4 years.
