Eidsiva plan to construct a heat plant in Lillehammer that shall cover all the heat need in the district heating network that is now being established in Lillehammer.

This contract is for:

Complete process equipment for the bioenergy plant (incineration of wood chippings) and a gas fired plant with auxiliary equipment (such as top load and back up plant) for the production of hot water/district heating.

The procurement procedure is “negotiated procedure”.

The procurement will be made in two stages:

Stage 1: Qualification and choice of qualified suppliers.

Stage 2: Access to the tender enquiry/tender documents for the chosen qualified suppliers and the following steps up until the contract is signed.
