This procurement is made jointly by ELLEVIO AB and Stockholm Exergi AB and concerns the handling of keys for the Client's contractors, such as borrowing / lending, ordering and obtaining new keys from property owners etc.

The assignment includes, among other things, full responsibility for storing and handling the client's keys in a secure manner in an appropriate premises located in the Stockholm area. The assignment also includes remote administration of a key cabinet in Nynäshamn and one in Vallentuna's so-called PAAM model.

The current volume to handle is currently a total of about 20,000 key chains. The number of borrowing and lending is about 25,000 per year and the number of error reports is about 900 per year. Further details and requirements will be stated in the tender specifications.

The purchasers intend to enter into a contract with a supplier for the services.

Agreement period (3 years) 2024-01-01 – 2026-12-31 with an option for extension of 2+2+1 years. (Max 8 years incl. option)
