Statistics Denmark conducts interview surveys for both private and public commissioners, but as part of the Government's initiatives on fair and equal competition, it has been decided that Statistics Denmark will offer the direct activities with interviewing. Statistics Denmark will in future draw out and organize sample plans as well as supplement data with register data and enumerate the data collected.

Against this background, Statistics Denmark offers a framework agreement on interview tasks for Statistics Denmark. Based on a sample and questionnaires provided by Statistics Denmark, the service provider must complete the data collection for the studies ordered by Statistics Denmark.

The amount of interview hours is expected to be around the number of interview hours for previous years. The number of interview hours in 2015-2017 as well as the expected number of hours in 2018 were:

2015: 19,752,

2016: 15,770,

2017: 17 360,

2018: 18,000-19,000 (not finalized).

Statistics Denmark offers a framework agreement on interview assignments for Statistics Denmark. Statistics Denmark will in future draw out and organize sample plans as well as supplement data with register data and enumerate the data collected.

Based on a sample and questionnaires provided by Statistics Denmark, the service provider must complete the data collection for the studies ordered by Statistics Denmark.

Interview must be conducted as Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) as well as Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI).

The service provider must establish and maintain an electronic forum where the customer and the service provider can communicate, for communication between the customer and the service provider prior to taking over the interview assignment.

For the exchange of data between service provider and customer, customer provides FTP platform and data transmission between service provider and customer is via secure FTP (SFTP (SSH), FTP (E) S or IPSEC VPN).
