The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, connection to the power grid and the commissioning of two two-output free-charging stations of direct current electric buses, with a power output adjustable in the range of 60-120 kW on the territory of the depot MZK Sp. z o. o. o., mobile single-line station free charging electric buses with a power of 20 kW, delivery of the system for the management and monitoring of stations and charging points, performance of power connections and foundation sites for three existing mobile charging stations and increasing power by 200 kW for two charging stations on loops. In addition, the subject of the order is the supply of 2 pcs of dual-output free charging stations of cars. electro. DC current, with a power output regulated in the range of 40-80 on the territory of the depot MZK Sp. z o. o. within the scope of option right, within the meaning of Article 441 of the PZP in case of activation by the Ordering Party reserved option right in the amount of up to 20% of the basic order.

The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, connection to the power grid and the commissioning of two two-output free-charging stations of direct current electric buses, with a power output adjustable in the range of 60-120 kW on the territory of the depot MZK Sp. z o. o. o., mobile single-line station free charging of direct current electric buses with a power of 20 kW, delivery of the system for management and monitoring of stations and charging points, production of power connections and foundation sites for three existing mobile charging stations. In addition, within the subject of the order, the Contractor is tasked with increasing power by 200 kW for loop charging stations:

- Zielona Góra, Wrocławska Street, stop no. 428;

- Zielona Góra, Tadeusz Zawadzki Street “Zośki”, stop no. 183;

Before proceeding with design and assembly work, the Contractor shall be obliged to consult and obtain written acceptance of the Ordering Party's exterior appearance and colour scheme and the place of foundation of the equipment. The Contracting Authority has the right to consult adopted solutions with external units, including the City architect or design companies.

The Contractor is obliged to provide as-built and operational documentation, which will consist of:

- factory documentation (dtr),

- certificates for devices which are certified,

- certificates, declarations of manufacturers or other documents authorising products for use,

- partial and final receipt protocols,

- protocols of the post-assembly tests carried out,

- operating instructions,

- instructions for use,

- approved operating and movement instructions for the transformer station,

- protocols for the implementation of a preliminary technical test (for new charging stations) and operational (for upgraded charging stations) by the Technical Inspection Office with a positive result.

The Contractor shall be responsible for connecting the charging station to the telemetry system held by the Ordering Party.

Moreover, the duties of the Contractor include:

(a) Delivery of the necessary service equipment in the range of:

- diagnostics of chargers software,

- hardware diagnostics of chargers,

- electrical and safety measurements,

- replacement of electrical components of chargers,

- minor mechanical repairs.

(b) Carrying out training for the employees of the Contracting Authority and granting authorization to carry out warranty repairs to charging stations by employees trained in this regard of the Contracting Authority.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Part III of the SIWZ — OPZ (hereinafter: “OPZ”).

The Ordering Party permits the right of options within the maximum limits of 20% of the value of the contract, i.e. the right of option applies to the supply, installation, connection to the power grid and the operation of two dual-output free-charging stations of direct current electric buses, with power output regulated in the range 60-120 kW on the territory of the depot MZK Sp. z o. o.

The Contractor declares that the Contractor shall not pursue the performance of part of the contract to the extent specified by the right of the option in paragraph above.

As regards the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to cooperate with the Contract Engineer indicated by the Contracting Authority.

The Contractor shall provide the Guarantee under the terms set out in the OPZ and the Contractor's offer.
