The purpose of this tender is to purchase the transport capacity (vehicle and driver) for the implementation of the demand-dependent passenger transport of ZOOV Op Maat.
The contracting authority and also the Client is the municipality of Winterswijk on behalf of the municipalities of Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doetinchem, Oost Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek and Winterswijk and the province of Gelderland. ZOOV Beheer is the joint implementation organization of these seven Achterhoek municipalities. This team is an organizational part of the municipality of Winterswijk.
The Assignment concerns transport in / to / from the joint territory of the aforementioned municipalities, which together organize this transport and have it managed by the ZOOV Transport Center. The Client wishes to conclude agreements with at least two and a maximum of five Contractors for the delivery of Transport Capacity for five Basis Points.
