Within the training pool, the trainees recruited work approximately 32 hours per week (excluding training hours) on various assignments within the municipality of Waterland for a period of one or two years. In addition, through their posting agency or training institute, they follow a training programme to develop into a professional civil servant of the future and can deepen and orient themselves on the different disciplines of and within the municipality of Waterland. This depends on which domain a trainee is asked out. After the courses followed and completion of the traineeship, the trainee can be deployed in the relevant field.
The recruitment, selection and training of trainees is not part of the core business of the municipality of Waterland. That is why we are looking for a single agency that can achieve this for the municipality.
The framework agreement concerns the delivery of a total of up to four trainees within the social domain, spatial domain, or business management.
