Description:

First Wessex are awarding their Lift Servicing and Maintenance Contract for all lifts across their property portfolio.



The Contract shall be for 36 months, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance. The Contract and performance under it will be reviewed monthly. The offer of such extensions shall be at FW's sole discretion. It is FW's intention to tender for a 3 + 2 year contract.

The Contract should allow for 4 programmed M2 maintenance service visits per lift per annum. These service visits would need to take place no more than 3 calendar months apart from each other A SAFed test would also be required every 5 years to satisfy ‘through examination reports’. The contract should be fully comprehensive and cover all major and minor repairs and should also include works recommended by the insurance inspector.
