The aim of the procurement is to cover the Norwegian Armed Forces' need for transport services in Norway, in peace time and in stand-by situations, including crises and war. The goods that must be transported will include military materiel, and civil and unclassified material.

The procurement's scope includes:

Transport of general cargo and part cargo.

- Dispatch of packages and pallets/general cargo (SG)

- Dispatch of goods over 2.5 tonnes/part cargo (PG)

- Package services in Norway for items up to 35 kg. Packages for companies and home deliveries.

Transport services HB - Entire Vehicles

The contracting authority needs transport services where the contracting authority's goods fill up a vehicle to its load capacity.

The goods can consist of all types of goods, for example, vehicles, containers, etc.
