The object of the contract is the management of the housing community for the severely disabled owned by the municipality, located in via Lazio 61 n. 47, with a maximum authorized accommodation of a total of n.08 (eight) users, both male and female, as indicated in detail in the Special Tender Specifications.

The contract will have a duration of 3 (three) years starting from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2026 or, in any case, from the date of signing of the contract.

The contract consists of a single lot since the services requested relate to a unitary service and cannot be split.
