On behalf of the N.V. Juva established in Poeldijk and Evides NV, located in Rotterdam (hereinafter; Clients), a European Tender for the award of a Contract under the restricted procedure in accordance with the Procurement Regulations Nutssector 2016 (ARN 2016 Version 1.0 of 1-7-2016) held.

The tendering procedure initially concerns a Construction Team Agreement based on the DNR 2011 followed by an Agreement of Adoption on the basis of the UAV 2012 and others for the purpose of “The construction of the new cables and gas and drinking water pipes for the purpose of adapting the N 468 Maasland-Schipluiden-A4.

The starting situation is the existing Provinciale weg de N468, a two-lane road between Maasland and the A4, to which a reconstruction will be carried out by the Province of South Holland, before the road is transferred to the municipalities, which includes:

- Replacing the complete construction of the road this because the load capacity is increased from 20 tons to 40 tons.

- Replacing and/or installing new sheet piles.

- The application and/or strengthening of support roadsides.

- Renewing riparian constructions.
