The subject of the contract is the supply of mixed reality devices (VR – virtual reality and AR – augmented reality) for the construction of a fixed asset called Virtual Reality Platform, which is part of the infrastructure of Laboratory No. 4 entitled "Regional "Live" Innovation Labs inspired by ICT" in connection with the implementation of works in the PIONIER-LAB project National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems.

Virtual reality glasses with built-in processing with accessories

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of mixed reality devices (VR – virtual reality and AR – augmented reality) for the construction of a fixed asset called Virtual Reality Platform, which is part of the infrastructure of Laboratory No. 4 entitled "Regional "Live" Innovation Labs inspired by ICT" in connection with the implementation of works in the PIONIER-LAB project National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems.

2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV of the SWZ - respectively for each of the above-mentioned parts of the contract, where, in accordance with Article 99 paragraph 6 of the PPL Act, the contracting authority indicated the criteria used to assess equivalence.

3. The locations (places of delivery) of the complete subject of the contract covered by a given part of the contract together with the assignment to individual receiving entities are indicated in Annex 2 to the contract template.

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide each of the receiving entities with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting from it. Warranty requirements are set out in Part III of the SWZ.

5. Delivered item of order must be factory new, not exhibited at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement “factory new” shall mean the object of the order originally packaged, not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary for carrying out the test of its correct operation after manufacture.

6. The subject of the contract must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims by third parties.

7. The delivered item of the order must come from the distribution channel of the producer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the fulfillment of warranty rights.

8. The subject of the order must be delivered to the indicated locations

9. The subject of the order must be delivered to individual receiving entities together with operating instructions, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). Individual consignees will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation.

10. The delivered item of the order intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with a sufficient number of power cables to allow it to be connected to standard power outlets, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

11. The subject matter of the contract offered on the date of the tender may not be foreseen by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale.
