The subject of the contract is: Update of design documentation for: Construction of a bicycle path along the district road No. 1430B on the section Sowlany - Karakule (Supraśl commune)"

A detailed description of the contract is provided in Chapter III of this SWZ.

1. 1. DESIGN OUTPUT

The Poviat Road Administration in Białystok has and will make available the design documentation developed in 2018 for the "Construction of a bicycle path along the county road No. 1430 B on the section Sowlany – Karakule (Supraśl commune)" with a length of 1.545 km:

- executive design of the road industry with a pre-measure-cost estimate part and ST,

- construction design,

- geotechnical surveys

- plan for felling trees and shrubs

- permanent traffic organisation project (approved)

Based on the 2018 project documentation:

- projects of land divisions have been developed by an authorized surveyor for the application for ZRID,

- opinions from the "special road act" were obtained,

- a water permit was obtained for the construction of water facilities, i.e. liquidation of fragments of the ditch with culverts in its course under the exits and construction of new and reconstruction of the culvert under the crown of the road - decision of the Director of the Białystok Catchment Board of the State Water Holding Polish Waters of 2020.

2. SCOPE OF THE STUDY

Develop all the necessary materials and obtain all arrangements for a building permit. The cost of arrangements, including decisions of water permits / water law notifications (if it is necessary to obtain them), is borne by the design unit. The contracting authority provides for obtaining consent for the implementation of a road investment under the "Special Road Act". The project is made on the current map for design purposes. The title of the construction project should be agreed with the Ordering Party.

Proper execution of the map includes the following actions:

- comparison of the existing map with the terrain and marking on it existing and planned elements of technical infrastructure and engineering structures, roadside ditches, permanent and non-permanent fences,

- calculation of coordinates of border points to be included on the map of the road lane,

- making update measurements (situational and altitude),

- development of a situational and altitude map in a scale of 1:500

- registration of the study in the District Centre for Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation in Białystok.

The contracting authority requires that documents be attached to the map for design purposes

on the location and elevations of state/working repairs, in relation to

whose ordinates shown on the map and the frame of reference are specified.

2.1 In addition, the following should be developed:

- a map for design purposes,

- executive design of the construction of the technological channel,

- investor cost estimates,

- update the felling plan for trees and shrubs,

- update the construction project.

If it is necessary to adopt new design solutions, the Contractor is obliged to develop new executive designs. The need to develop new detailed designs shall be decided by the Contracting Authority at the written request of the Contractor.

At the request of the Contracting Authority, every 6 months the Contractor shall update the investor's cost estimates within 3 years from the date of performance of the subject of the contract.

The documentation shall be submitted in a number of copies depending on the number of arrangements necessary, but not less than that indicated below:

1. Map for design purposes in the scale of 1:500 - 1 copies.

2. Detailed design (technical) road industry with a part of the measure and cost estimate and ST - 4 copies. if it is necessary to elaborate.

3. Executive design (technical) engineering industry (reconstruction / construction of culverts under the crown of the road) with a pre-measure and cost estimate part and ST - 4 copies if it is necessary to develop.

4. Detailed (technical) industry projects (collision removal) with the pre-measure and cost estimate part and ST – 4 copies from each industry if it is necessary to develop.

5. Construction project including land development project, architectural and construction design and technical design together with the designer's and checking statement, on the preparation of the technical design - 3 copies.

6. Water law reports - paper version + electronic version - 2 sets. - if it is necessary to elaborate.
