1. The subject of the Order is the performance of the service of felling trees, shrubs, undergrowth and branches and the reconstruction of the technological belt near selected active HV power lines in the Białystok Branch of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority shall require the employment under an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the activities specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ during the performance of the contract. The method of verification of the employment of these persons and the Ordering Party's right to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are contained in the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
