Design, manufacture, delivery and commissioning of the pipe, building and civil engineering for the expansion of the Wertingen compressor station to connect the AUGUSTA pipeline
Pipeline construction for the construction of a pipeline system in accordance with DVGW regulations with nominal diameters of up to DN500 and a design pressure of DP 100 bar including the associated ancillary systems within the scope of the project, including the integration of up to DN800 into the existing compressor station.
Building and civil engineering work as part of the project, including clearing the construction site, foundations, buildings, roads and paths as well as an empty cable conduit system.
bayernets GmbH, as the project developer, is planning the implementation of the Wertingen-Kötz project, called "Augusta", as part of the network expansion. With this project, the construction of a gas transmission pipeline from the Wertingen compressor station in the district of Dillingen an der Donau to Kötz in the district of Günzburg is planned. The Wertingen 2 sub-project includes the connection of the gas transmission pipeline to the existing Wertingen compressor station. All necessary pipe, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and control adjustments are being made on the station premises of VDS Wertingen. These include, among other things, the construction of a separate pressure header, an additional gas cooler, a gas volume measuring building including measuring rails, an EI&C building as well as the necessary pipelines and fittings.
A connection line from the station area of the compressor station connects the “Augusta” gas transport line to the stock.
In particular, the procurement package includes the following scope of services:

- Control of the delivery as well as storage and management of the piping materials, insulating couplings, shut-off valves and control valves provided by the client on the construction site equipment area at the expense and responsibility of the contractor.
- Supply of piping materials for compressed air and nitrogen distribution as well as other assembly materials and small parts for gas, compressed air and nitrogen piping systems
- Supply and construction of pipe supports and supports
- Construction of the entire extension of the pipeline system for gas, compressed air and nitrogen.
- Installation of drains and vents as well as installation of connections for measuring instruments and other nozzles.
- Stress-free pipe connection to gas cooler and filter separator
- Integration into the existing piping system of the compressor station
- Testing of the created piping system with regard to the quality of the welds, internal cleanliness, strength and tightness.
