The acquisition is the acquisition of wholesale food to AEL-Amiedu Oy (Subscriber). The object of the acquisition and its requirements are described in more detail in Annex 2 to the call for tender (Description of the object of the acquisition).

One (1) supplier is selected as the procurement executor. The contract of acquisition begins with the signing of the contract and is valid for three (3) years. It is possible to extend the contract for a single (1) year long option period. The subscriber shall notify the introduction of the option period no later than four (4) months before the end of the contract period. The service and service documentation included in the acquisition must be produced in the Finnish language.

The offer must be in conformity with the call for tender and its annexes. The offer shall include all the information requested in the evaluation of the offer and the comparison of the tenders. The offer may not be accompanied by the tenderer's own non-tender terms.
