The contract involves the main work of the construction project. The contract shall be drawn up in accordance with the General Contracts Terms of Construction YSE 1998 for a form set out in accordance with the principles RT 80260. In addition to the General Contracting Terms YSE 1998, the Agreement shall be accompanied by a Subjugation Agreement on LVIS (LVIS) in accordance with RT 80271.

The acquisition is subject to construction engineering works by Oulu Sivakka Oy/Myllytullinkatu 5.
