VER is acquiring a portfolio administration service that produces back office service and reporting of VER’s illiquid investments.

VER makes all the investment decisions in-house. Back office will co-operate closely with VER and OP Asset Management’s (OPVH) back office in support functions e.g. monitoring capital calls and distributions and reconciliation. The portfolio management system as part of the service will be operated by the selected service provider and portfolio data shall be accessible by VER through client interface. The service shall also include an analysis tool. The more detailed description of the service is presented in Attachment 1. Attachment 1 also includes number of transactions during the last 3 years, VER’s current instrument coverage and portfolio structure.
