The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume of 7329.506 MWh (+/- 15%) in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 and performing the function of the Entity Responsible for Commercial Balancing (POB) for all PPE of the ordering party, including in one PPE in the direction of collection and generation.

The supply of electricity will take place for the needs of the contracting authority.

The Contractor will be obliged to conclude with the Ordering Party, in addition to the contract for the sale of electricity in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, also the Agreement for the Sale of Electricity Generated in the Renewable Source of Energy of RES (in the direction of generation), on the basis of which the Contractor will purchase from the Ordering Party (Seller) the surplus electricity produced in RES and not used for the Ordering Party's own needs. Relevant contracts should be signed before notification of a change of the PPE seller ordering on the platform for the exchange of information of energy market participants.
