1. The object of the order is:
1) purchase and delivery for the needs of the Ordering Party:
(a) 2000 pcs of devices for remote reading of water meters (water meter overlays);
(b) 2 pcs of mobile devices to remotely read overlays in the field and transfer data to the IT system;
c) 2 pcs of mobile devices for programming overlays on water meters,
2) purchase, delivery and installation (system design and execution) of stationary hubs compatible with water meter overlays referred to in point 1 (a), together with the necessary equipment and software for reading data from hubs (at least 12 antenna locations);
3) running the entire system of remote reading of the water meters state;
4) verification of the effectiveness of the system implemented in respect of water meters dispersed in Stare Babice Municipality;
5) training the persons indicated by the Ordering Party.

2. The subject of the order should be executed in a way that enables the Ordering Party to read water meters remotely using radio technology. Data from water meter overlays are to be read through stationary hubs and forwarded to the Ordering Party's IT system. In places where the hubs will not be installed, or where the range of hubs will not be sufficient, water meter readings should be possible based on a different type of data transmission or by incasents equipped with Incasent terminals.
3. The subject of the order will be executed:
1) according to the Description of the Subject of the Order, the execution of possible design/execution documentation lies on the Contractor's side;
2) according to the principles of modern technical knowledge, applicable in this regard law, technical standards, typical studies, standards, principles of construction art (understood as widely understood professionalism, a resource of experience and knowledge necessary for performance subject matter of the Agreement), professional ethics;
3) exercising due diligence and achieving the high quality required in the implementation of the whole Agreement, as well as the implementation of the individual activities resulting
from this Agreement;
4) within the time limit and under the terms set out in this specification and the Agreement.
