New construction of a triple sports hall with parking deck and athletics facility: VE 20 - Screed work The subject of the description is the screed work for the new construction of a triple sports hall including the associated ancillary rooms, as well as a fitness and sauna area and a restaurant. This concerns the screed work for all rooms from the basement up to and including the 2nd floor. Insulated basement rooms as well as sanitary and wet areas. A large part of the areas includes on-site heating hoses for underfloor heating.
1. Situation construction site The property is located on Weltenburgerstr. 53, in Munich Bogenhausen, it can be approached directly from Weltenburgerstrasse. The drywall will already be created on site. Underfloor heating hoses are laid on site.

1.2. Construction:
The building will be constructed using reinforced concrete. All walls and ceilings are reinforced concrete (small parts in the basement in masonry). The foundation is a floor slab with haunches or strip foundations, the basement is designed as a tight tub. The triple sports hall will be erected on concrete supports above the parking deck. The entrance hall has an air space over two floors. The flights of stairs are planned as prefabricated parts. The roofs are flat roofs or flat sloping roofs with parapets. The inner walls are z. T. also drywall. Windows and facades will be installed at the time the screed is installed.
