It is an ordinary contract with mixed prices and is divided into two parts:

- for preventive maintenance: at an annual fixed price;

- for corrective maintenance, including interventions for battery replacement, micro-inverter replacement and minor improvement work: at a unit price via the issuance of purchase orders issued by the buyer's representative as and when needs arise.

The deal is concluded with no minimum order.

It is specified that the maximum amount of orders, for the total duration of the contract and for the whole

of services (treated at fixed prices and unit prices) is set at:

- City of Nantes: €500,000.00 (excl. VAT).

- Nantes Métropole: €500,000.00 (excl. VAT)

the service of the holder of this contract for the technical maintenance of the inverters, or

more precisely, A.S.I. Must be carried out according to the following objectives.

- Maintenance in perfect working order (technical maintenance)

preventive and corrective management) of the facilities by trained and authorized personnel.

- Joint participation with the Client's representative in the analysis of the

risks in order to organize maintenance operations and establish a management plan.
