Framework agreement procurement consisting of four tender areas that will be awarded separately: These are: 1) System development, 2) Test, 3) Lead and control - general and / or IT-close and 4) Lead, control and develop the business and / or business. Tenders may be submitted in one (1) or more of these tender areas. Framework agreements are concluded per tendering area. In the event of call-offs from framework agreements, it shall be possible to offer all requested roles and levels of competence within the tender area(s) covered by the tender.
