The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Długołęka Commune.
The implementation of the subject of the contract will consist in the collection, transport and management of all municipal waste from residential properties and from uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, in the Długołęka Commune, with the exception of real estate excluded from the system on the basis of Resolution No. XLIII/514/22 of the Długołęka Commune Council of May 19, 2022 regarding the amendment of Resolution No. XIX/298/12 of the Długołęka Commune Council of October 29, 2012 regarding collecting municipal waste from owners of properties where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated and excluded from the system on the basis of Article 6c(3a) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities".
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is described in the SWZ together with the attachments and the Draft Agreement (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ with attachments), including:
a) List of residential properties (number of collection points in given localities) - Annex 13 to the SWZ,
b) List of uninhabited properties (number of containers and their size) - Annex 14 to SWZ,
c) List of multi-unit properties (number of collection points in given localities) - Annex 15 to the SWZ,
d) List of properties where selectively collected waste is collected in "Bell" containers (town with the size and number of containers and division into fractions) - Annex 16 to the SWZ,
e) List of single-family properties, whose owners have provided in the declaration on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management information on having a backyard composter and composting biowaste constituting municipal waste in it and benefit from this exemption in part from the fee for municipal waste management (number of points in given localities) - Annex No. 17 to SWZ.
