Het Juridisch Loket wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor to provide a working and managed Contact Center as a Service application (CCaaS application) to handle everything necessary to handle telephone interactions with relations. This will replace the current system, ensure a smooth transition and add new functionalities.
All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.
