NBIM is looking to procure search and selection recruitment services in order to help fill selected positions at its European offices (currently Oslo, London, Paris (only relevant for NBREM), USA (New York) and Asia (Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai). The contract will also apply to any future offices.
Pricing for services will be on a retained and non-retained basis. The estimated contract value is 2 000 000 NOK-6 000 000 NOK. The estimated contract value is not binding for contracting authority.

Specialist investment recruitment companies covering the international market (Norway, UK, USA, Asia). Specialist companies within the asset management, with a strong presence in relevant local markets for different position levels.
Please state in which location you have local coverage and expertise. We will consider companies who cannot support all locations, but you cannot work with third parties or companies with the group who do not have a framework agreement with NBIM.

In order to be considered for this lot you need to have a local office in London, New York, Singapore with a strong presence in relevant local markets for different position levels.
