1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended -: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, and nursery management, to be carried out in the Czersk Forest District in 2020.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of the quantities of works
