Framework agreement for SPS coordination and technical control services. The framework agreement with a maximum is made in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code.

- for lots 1 and 2, the form of the contract is a single-beneficiary framework agreement executed by issuing order forms. Only the candidate ranked first at the end of the analysis will be given order forms;

- for lots 3 and 4, the form of the contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement executed by the award of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders), who will be put back to competition during the award of subsequent contracts.

Technical inspection services for works of an amount less than 5,350,000 EUR excl. Tax applies to all the services relating to technical inspection services relating to the contribution of the prevention of technical hazards that may arise to operations submitted by the contracting authority to this framework agreement, for work for an amount less than 5,350,000 EUR excluding VAT.

Services of level 2 and 3 safety and health protection coordination missions concern the coordination missions in terms of the safety and health protection of workers relating to all construction, renovation and rehabilitation operations, falling within the competence of the city, of categories 2 and 3 within the meaning of article R. 4532-1 of the labor code, in the design and (or) construction phase.

Technical inspection services for works of an amount greater than or equal to EUR 5,350,000 excl. Tax applies to all the services relating to technical inspection services relating to the contribution to the prevention of technical hazards that may arise in the operations submitted by the contracting authority to this framework agreement, for works of an amount greater than or equal to 5,350,000 EUR excluding tax.
