Rainwater:

- Rainwater drainage from SML pipe DN80 to DN150 during construction

- 34 flat roof drains with drip trays made of titanium zinc

- Rainwater drainage from SML pipe and PE pipe DN50 to DN 200

- 22 wall penetrations DN80 to DN200

- Lifting system with approx. 47 m³/h

Dirty water:

- Drains: 4 string vents/ combi string vents, stainless steel drainage channel, 9 floor drains DN 100

- Waste water drainage: made of SML pipe, PE pipe, PP pipe and stainless steel (various nominal diameters)

- 1 underfloor lifting equipment and 10 free-standing lifting stations

Fettabwasser:

- Drainage channel and floor drains made of stainless steel

- Grease sewage pipe made of KML pipe DN 50 to DN 100, PE pipe DN 50 to DN 90

- Fettabscheinder NS7

- Lifting station with approx. 55 m³/h

Water systems:

- 2 water treatment modules consisting of a water softening system with downstream reverse osmosis system (each approx. 3,000 l/h); 1 water treatment module consisting of a water softening system with downstream reverse osmosis system (1,200 l/h)

- Various sanitary equipment for toilet areas (public and non-public), workshops, workrooms, changing rooms, showers and cleaning agent rooms

- Drinking water pipes (approx. 2600 m) made of stainless steel

- Various built-in parts and fittings

- Central water heating 1 piece by means of storage charging system; 2 pieces by means of flow system

- Decentralised water heating by means of instantaneous water heater
