The Contracting Authority will require a deposit of PLN 45,000.00 – at the stage of submitting tenders.
The contracting authority does not require any security on due performance of the contract.
The Contractor will be bound by the offer for a period of 120 days.

1.Subject matter and scope of insurance
I.Insurance of the property of the Municipal Premises Board (ZLM) against natural risks (PD) included in the system of named risks
1. Subject of insurance
Insurance coverage under property insurance against natural risks will cover primarily:
a) fixed assets, including premises (regardless of age, degree of depreciation / depreciation and technical / actual wear), regardless of whether they were in the possession of the Policyholder at the time of conclusion of the contract or were purchased during the insurance period, excluding vehicles covered by autocasco insurance and electronic equipment reported under the insurance of electronic equipment against all risks (EE),
(b) current assets,
c) equipment (including low-value fixed assets),
(d) cash and monetary values,
(e) glass and other glass objects,
f) adaptation/investment outlays,
g) property of third parties / rented property,
(h) employee property.
The territorial scope covers all places in the territory of the Republic of Poland, where the insured property is located.
The estimated total value of property reported for insurance is: about PLN 7.7 billion.
Estimated total value of real estate within all organizational units and locations - sum insured: about PLN 7.7 billion
Estimated total value of property within all organizational units and locations – sum insured (excluding real estate): about PLN 30 million
2.Scope of insurance
The property will be insured in the system of named risks.
Damage is considered to be the loss, damage or destruction of the Insured property as a result of one or more random events covered by the insurance contract of a sudden, unexpected and independent nature (within the meaning of the representative clause). Different provisions of insurance conditions (contractual templates) are not used, including those making the insurer's liability for one event dependent on the insurance of other events.
II. Property insurance against burglary and robbery (KR)
1.Subject of insurance
The subject of the insurance is property (m.in fixed assets, working capital, low-value fixed assets, investment / adaptation expenditures, cash and monetary values, third party property / hired property, employee property) owned by the Policyholder / Insured in the territory of the Republic of Poland, regardless of location.
2.Scope of insurance
The scope of insurance covers damage to the insured property consisting in its loss or loss due to its seizure, destruction or disappearance in connection with theft with burglary or robbery. With regard to cash, the scope of insurance also includes robbery in transport (during transport/transfer).
The territorial scope covers all places in the territory of the Republic of Poland, where the insured property is located.
