The subject of the contract is implemented as part of the project “Increasing the international economic rank of the Łódź Region through activities carried out in the field of economic promotion of the region by the Municipality of Uniejów” co-financed from the Regional Operational Programme of Łódź Voivodeship for Years 2014-2020. Priority axis: Innovative and competitive economy. Action: Internationalization of enterprises. 5.The contractor of the contract must provide for all circumstances that may affect the price of the order. Accordingly, it is required from tenderers to check the terms of execution of the order in detail Tenderers are advised to read in detail the specification of the Order Terms and Conditions, acquire all the information necessary for the correct preparation of the offer and check and verify the information provided by the Ordering Party and inform the Contracting Authority immediately about 6. The Contracting Authority does not see the need to require the Contractor to submit a certification of the contract of employment with persons carrying out tasks under the contract in question due to the nature of the activities performed (according to the nature of the activities performed (according to from Article 22 (1) of the Labor Code).
