The subject of the call for tenders is the acquisition of a specialist procedure for processing in the framework of SGB II (passive and active services) and other related services. See further remarks under point II.2.4).

The Jobcenter Landkreis Kusel is currently using the current SGB II specialist application OK.SOZIUS SGB II from the provider AKDB. This is now to be replaced by another specialist application due to the future performance settings of the current provider.

The Jobcenter Landkreis Kusel as client (AG) therefore intends to conclude a contract for the procurement of uniform software for granting services and brokerage according to SGB II, including implementation, adaptation and data migration from the previous specialist process as well as ongoing software maintenance (update).

The procurement takes place as an EU-wide tender in an open procedure.
